Sacramento NCJW Family Shalom speaker's bureau would welcome the opportunity to make a presentation to your organization on domestic violence in the Jewish home. Family Shalom is a project of the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) addressing issues related to domestic abuse in the Jewish home. Domestic abuse traditionally has been hidden in the Jewish community. It does exist in our community and is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Speakers will focus on both physical and emotional abuse in the Jewish home. The mission of these presentations is not just to reach those needing help themselves, but also to create an informed and supportive community.
